Job Summary

The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing product and service information, and resolving customer issues. This role requires excellent communication skills and a commitment to customer satisfaction. 


Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
  • Resolve customer complaints by identifying problems and providing appropriate solutions.
  • Process orders, returns, and exchanges as needed.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in the company’s CRM system.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and timely issue resolution.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns have been addressed.
  • Meet performance targets, including response time and customer satisfaction ratings.   


Requirements

  • Minimum of HND in any field of study.
  • 0–1 year of experience in a customer service role.
  • Strong listening and communication skills.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt.
  • A genuine interest in helping people.
