Key Responsibilities
As a KD – Lead Generation and Executive Assistant, you'll cover a wide range of tasks:
1. Executive Assistance
Handle complex schedule coordination, call and email communications on behalf of leadership, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
2. Appointment Setting & Calendar Management
Coordinate meetings with clients, internal teams, and partners, using tools like Google Workspace and HubSpot CRM .
3. Email Management
Monitor and manage priority inboxes, draft professional responses, and maintain clear communication channels.
4. LinkedIn Lead Generation
Use Sales Navigator and LinkedIn outreach for targeted lead sourcing, building pipelines, and sending personalized messages .
5. Invoicing & Billing
Prepare, issue, and track client invoices, possibly leveraging QuickBooks or internal systems .
6. Travel Coordination
Organize flights, hotels, itinerary details, and ensure seamless travel logistics.
7. Administrative Reporting & Documentation
Draft meeting summaries, update dashboards, migrate data (e.g., ClickUp to HubSpot), and keep SOPs current .
By owning both tactical admin and strategic lead-gen tasks, this role empowers you to directly impact client acquisition and leadership effectiveness daily.
Key Requirements
To thrive in this role, you'll need:
- Administrative Experience: Previous EA or VA roles, with strong calendar, email, invoice, and travel management capabilities
- Lead Generation Know‑how: Demonstrated proficiency in LinkedIn Sales Navigator, lead list creation, saved searches, alerts, and cold outreach via LinkedIn/email .
- Tech Proficiency:
- HubSpot CRM
- Google Workspace
- AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude
- Bonus: Notion, Kondo
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal English—for client outreach, email drafts, call scheduling, and document preparation.
- Organizational Skills: Strong at multitasking, time management, accuracy, and detail orientation.
