Key Responsibilities

1. Product & Support Balance (70/30 Split)

– Develop new app features (70%) and maintain/support existing systems (30%) alongside the Web Dev Team and Head of Tech 

2. Select & Implement Tech Stack

– Identify and integrate libraries, frameworks, and tools to build scalable, high-performance frontend solutions  .

3. Architectural Design & Implementation

– Structure applications with clean, maintainable architecture, including state management and modular design  .

4. Code Review & Quality Assurance

– Enforce peer review, ensure best practices, and maintain code quality throughout the development lifecycle  .

5. Optimized Code Delivery

– Write efficient, performant code, minimizing bundle sizes and enhancing user experience  .

Key Requirements

Strong Web Development Background

– Minimum 3 years in web development with 2+ years using React JS  .

Deep React Proficiency

– Experience with hooks, functional components, Redux/Flux, and TypeScript integration  .

OOP & Functional Programming Skills

– Ability to design maintainable systems using design patterns and architecture best practices  .

UI/UX Expertise & CSS Knowledge

– Proficient with CSS methodologies, performance tuning, responsive design, and browser rendering optimization  .

Version Control Fluency

– Strong grasp of Git and platforms like GitHub or GitLab  .

Standards & API Experience

– Familiarity with ES6–ES8 syntax, RESTful services, SOA principles, and CI/CD workflows  .

Nice-to-Have / Bonus Skills

• Experience with high-load systems, Node.js, Docker, microservices, cloud infrastructure.

• Solid understanding and practical use of SOLID principles and distributed system design.

• Comfortable working on Linux and with command-line scripting (Bash)  .
