  • Conducting 10–12 structured interviews per day, across multiple roles and industries

  • Tracking progress using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or internal CRM tools, and keeping records updated 
  • Providing actionable feedback and strategic recommendations to hiring managers based on candidate performance and trends 
  • Collaborating with internal team members to continuously improve recruitment processes and elevate client delivery standards 

Key Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • At least 2+ years of recruiting experience, ideally in an agency or franchise setting—U.S. recruitment exposure is a plus 
  • Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume interview schedules (10+ / day) while maintaining candidate experience standards 
  • Exceptional English communication skills, both spoken and written
  • Strong organization, time management, and task prioritization skills
  • Comfort using ATS or CRM software and remote tools to track candidate pipelines and client progress
  • Tech-savvy with ability to adapt quickly to evolving internal systems
  • Client-centric mindset with an ability to tailor candidate recommendations to specific small business or franchise needs
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build trusted relationships across stakeholders
