What You’ll Be Doing (Role Overview)
- Mastering the CEO's Calendar: Proactively arrange investor calls, media interviews, team syncs across time zones—minimizing conflicts and maximizing focus.
- Inbox Strategist: Filter and prioritize messages so the CEO reviews only the most critical items. Draft and proofread communications and follow-ups as needed.
- Meeting & Task Hub: Set agendas, take notes (with AI help if needed), and track follow-up tasks via Jira or the appropriate team tools.
- Command Center: Keep the CEO’s day running smoothly—like an invisible effectiveness amplifier.
Key Responsibilities: Day in the Life
- Maintain a dynamic, clean schedule with buffer time for prep and recovery.
- Curate emails—highlight urgency, respond lightly, and forward only what matters.
