Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients by managing incoming calls, voicemails, and general inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
- Perform receptionist duties, including call routing, message taking, and maintaining communication logs
- Conduct timely client callbacks and follow-ups as directed by attorneys or staff
- Draft and send referral emails to clients, partners, and external contacts with accuracy and professionalism
- Manage email correspondence, including organizing inboxes and prioritizing urgent matters
