Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in collections, client services in a collection environment
  • Familiarity with disputes, documentation, and account-level client requests
  • Experience working with client portals, CRMs, or collection software
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to interact confidently with C-suite stakeholders
  • Experience handling client contract terms, fee structures, service-level expectations

  • Strong written communication skills with a professional, client-focused tone
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple requests and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
