We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Data Entry Associate specializing in Legal Data from Artificial Intelligence (AI) systems. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately inputting, verifying, and managing legal data extracted from AI tools into our structured databases and ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will ensure the integrity and accessibility of critical legal information, supporting our legal team’s operational efficiency.   • Transcribe legal documents, notes, and summaries accurately into electronic formats
  • Maintain detailed logs of data collection activities, updates, and corrections for audit purposes
  • Utilize Microsoft Excel to create pivot tables, perform basic math calculations, and manage large datasets efficiently
  • Support data collection efforts by gathering relevant information from various sources and ensuring completeness

Requirements

  • Proven experience with data entry, clerical tasks, or administrative support in a professional setting
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Office applications, and familiarity with databases and ERP systems
  • Excellent typing speed and accuracy; experience with transcription is a plus
  • Knowledge of basic math principles for data validation and calculations
  • Prior office experience involving filing, organizing documents, or managing digital records
  • Ability to handle sensitive legal information with confidentiality and professionalism
  • Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail to ensure error-free data management
