The Administrative/Digital Manager serves as the backbone of Kingdom Mind Ministries (KMM), ensuring daily operations run seamlessly. This role not only supports the Senior Pastor and executive leadership but also manages digital systems, oversees email communication, and handles conference registrations. Additionally, the manager coordinates communication efforts, provides support for online content, maintains up-to-date ministry records, and ensures effective outreach through digital platforms, including the church website and Facebook page. A strong alignment with the mission and vision of the Senior Pastor’s leadership is essential for success in this position.

Responsibilities
Administrative Support to Senior Pastor
- Manage calendar, appointments, and ministry scheduling
- Assist in preparing documents, reports, and correspondence
- Transcribe sermons, notes, or meetings in Spanish for audiences
- Coordinate communication between the pastor, staff, and ministry leader
Records & Data Management
- Maintain accurate and confidential ministry records, including:
- Membership database
- Attendance records
- Outreach and missions data
- Organize digital files, reports, and archives
- Track ministry activities and assist with reporting
Communication & Coordination
- Serve as a point of contact for ministry inquiries (email, social media messages)
- Assist with church-wide communications such as newsletters and announcements
- Coordinate event details and ensure information is communicated clearly
Requirements
- Experience in administrative support, digital management, or church administration preferred
- Proficiency with:
- Must be fluent in English and Spanish speaking
- Website platforms (WordPress or similar)
- Self-motivated and detail-oriented
- Servant-hearted with a team mindset
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and with leadership
- Social media management (especially Facebook)
- Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a church or nonprofit ministry setting
- Basic graphic design skills (Canva, etc.)
- Familiarity with church management systems (ChMS, Planning Center, Breeze)
- Understanding of ministry culture and sensitivity to pastoral leadership
