- Manage and maintain complex calendars using Microsoft Outlook Calendar and Google Workspace, scheduling meetings, appointments, and events with precision.
- Coordinate and organize events, meetings, and travel arrangements to ensure seamless execution.
- Provide executive administrative support including drafting correspondence, proofreading documents, and transcribing notes as needed.
- Handle phone etiquette professionally across multi-line phone systems, screening calls and directing inquiries appropriately.
- Oversee office management tasks such as filing, data entry, bookkeeping using QuickBooks, and maintaining organized records.
- Assist with project coordination by tracking deadlines, preparing reports, and supporting team initiatives.
- Manage personal errands and tasks for executives to optimize their productivity and focus on strategic priorities.
Requirements & Qualification
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in an administrative support role within a professional office environment.
- Demonstrated expertise in office management tasks such as filing, data entry, and clerical duties.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace tools, and computer literacy skills.
- Experience with bookkeeping software like QuickBooks and digital signature platforms such as DocuSign is preferred.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
- Exceptional communication skills with professional phone etiquette and customer service experience.
- Prior experience in event planning, project coordination, transcription, proofreading, and handling multi-line phone systems is highly desirable.
