Virtual Assistant - Aligned Agency

I’m building a fast‑growing community and membership platform and looking for an Operations Manager who can step in and bring structure, clarity, and execution across the entire backend of the platform.

This is not a task‑based VA role. I’m looking for someone who thinks in systems, not checklists, and can see where things are fragile, messy, or manual—and then build processes that actually run without constant oversight.

Responsibilities

  • Creating and documenting SOPs for core platform operations (onboarding, support, content rollout, member journeys).
  • Building and improving customer service, support, and member‑experience workflows.
  • Overseeing day‑to‑day operations of the community and making sure things don’t slip through the cracks.
  • Helping structure how content, courses, and challenges are rolled out and supported.
  • Identifying inefficiencies in the platform and member experience, and prototyping better systems.
  • Supporting the transition from “scrappy early‑stage” to a more organized, repeatable platform.

  • You’ve built, not just supported, operations before (community, SaaS, education, or services).
