Responsibilities
Board & Leadership Support
- Prepare and distribute board meeting agendas and minutes (within 7 days)
- Coordinate calendar invites and meeting reminders
- Collect and organize committee reports ahead of meetings
- Attend executive board meetings and support leadership initiatives
- Manage meeting logistics and locations
Event Management
- Plan and execute chapter events from start to finish
- Coordinate invitations, announcements, and attendee communication
- Manage on-site logistics and vendor coordination
- Oversee recurring events
Communications & Marketing Coordination
- Oversee the chapter content calendar
- Direct external marketing partners to execute campaigns
- Maintain and manage email distribution lists
- Manage Slack channels and internal communication
- Send proactive reminders and updates to members
Reporting & Analytics
- Deliver monthly membership reports (adds, drops, YOY trends)
- Track and report event performance (registrations, attendance, trends)
- Compile feedback from events and member engagement
- Support financial reporting coordination
Administrative Oversight
- Ensure CE credits are filed and tracked
- Serve as liaison between local chapter and national organization
- Maintain compliance with bylaws and organizational standards
- Oversee website updates for accuracy and current information
Requirements
