Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming client calls, texts, and emails in a professional and timely manner
- Assist clients with booking appointments through our online scheduling system
- Help guide clients through our process and troubleshoot basic platform questions
- Communicate client requests and project notes to internal team members via Slack
- Follow up with clients after services are completed to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback
- Maintain and update CRM records with new leads and client information
- Assist with administrative organization and internal coordination
- Support scheduling and organization of social media and email marketing efforts
- Help ensure a smooth, high-end client experience throughout every interaction
Requirements
- Fluent English (written and verbal)
- Friendly, polished, and professional communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Comfortable multitasking and managing deadlines
- Previous administrative assistant, customer service, or client success experience preferred
- Comfortable learning new software and systems quickly
- Experience with Google Docs, Google Sheets, and general online platforms
- Experience with CRM systems, Slack, scheduling tools, or project management software is a plus
