Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls and emails from parents inquiring about KidKruz's service and subscription plans
- Walk prospective customers through how the service works and help them complete sign-up

- Address common questions about pricing, routes, pickup times, and safety
- Keep accurate records of inquiries and enrollments

Requirements
