You will be the primary point of contact for our outdoor industry clients, ensuring their unique risks from Professional Liability for outfitters to rod makers are expertly managed.

Responsibilities

  • Advocate for Adventurers: Provide top-tier service to our niche client base, handling inquiries regarding coverage, billing, and claims with an "angler’s eye" for detail.
  • Policy Management: Process certificates of insurance (COIs), endorsements, and renewals for specialized accounts including lodges, charter boats, and outdoor nonprofits.
  • Team Collaboration: Support our Producers and Account Managers in preparing professional proposals and navigating carrier portals to secure the best rates for our clients.
  • System Integrity: Maintain accurate client data within our AMS to ensure seamless service and compliance with agency standards.

Requirements

  • Experience: 2+ years of commercial insurance experience; familiarity with outdoor or specialty lines is a major plus.
  • Passion: A genuine interest in the outdoors; whether you fish, hike, hunt, or paddle helps you connect with our clients’ world.
  • Skills: Strong communication skills and proficiency in agency management software (e.g., Applied Epic or AMS360).
