Customer Service Representative - WHiZPRO PLUMBER

WHiZPRO PLUMBER is hiring a high-performance On-Call Customer Service Representative (CSR) to handle inbound customer calls, book plumbing service appointments, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

This is a remote, performance-based role designed for someone who is responsive, professional, sales-minded, and able to operate with urgency.

Unlike traditional customer service jobs, this role has relatively low active call volume, averaging approximately 5–6 active work hours per week. However, consistent availability and fast response times are critical. In exchange, we offer a highly competitive on-call compensation structure, along with additional performance incentives.

  • Schedule same-day or next-available service calls
  • Gather complete customer information
  • Maintain accurate CRM documentation in Housecall Pro
  • Follow company call scripts and booking procedures
  • Follow up with all unbooked leads (minimum of 2 follow-up attempts)
  • Communicate clearly with technicians and dispatch
  • Deliver a professional, high-level customer experience on every interaction
