We are seeking highly organized and detail oriented Virtual Administrative Assistant to support our team remotely. In this role, you will be the backbone of daily operations, ensuring smooth communication, efficient onboarding of new clients, manage all schedules and logistics, and provide exceptional client support as we grow. Your proactive approach and adaptability will help keep our business running seamlessly. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a small but growing team of tutors that work with students with learning disabilities. Hours are minimal, approximately 1-5 per week on average to support the small team. This position is virtual, but we are based Mill Creek, WA. It is a plus if you are located locally and able to visit the office on rare occasions.

Responsibilities
- Manage calendar schedules, appointments, and meetings using tools like Google Workspace.
- Available throughout the day--this is a virtual admin assistant position, so client requests made with at least 4 hours notice are handled by YOU.
- Onboard new clients, send paperwork, communicate of policies and procedures, etc.
- Perform data entry and organize digital documents.
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, like noting client cancellations, changes to session length, and other instances where invoices must be updated.
- Support tutors with canceling and rescheduling as needed.
- Assist with general internal and external communication.
Requirements
- Proven experience in office management, clerical work, or administrative support in a virtual setting. This a great side-job for SAHMs.
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Google Workspace including Gmail, Sheets, Slides, and Docs. Experience with digital signing program like DropBox is a plus.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently and manage time effectively to meet deadlines
- Attention to detail and ability to complete multi-step tasks without reminders.
- Exceptional typing speed and accuracy along with proofreading skills to ensure error-free documents.
- Outstanding customer service skills combined with professional email etiquette
