ESDEGCO is seeking a versatile Data Analyst & Project Coordinator to serve as a key partner in our reporting and project operations. You will take ownership of our current reporting workstreams, freeing up team capacity while elevating how we manage, analyze, and present data. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys the technical side of data but also wants to have a hand in project strategy and storytelling.

Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Management: Identify and extract data from internal and external systems. You will perform essential cleansing and validation to ensure accuracy, maintain data integrity, and identify opportunities for workflow automation.
- Analysis & Strategy: Assist in defining reporting KPIs and monitor trends over time to summarize project performance. You will provide interpretations of results and offer actionable recommendations for future initiatives.
- Reporting & Visualization: Tell the "story" of a project’s status and results through clear, compelling visualizations. You will develop standardized reporting templates and find ways to automate recurring reports.
- Compliance: Ensure all data is managed in strict accordance with client privacy and data management policies.
Requirements
- Professional Background: 3–5 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related analytical role.
- Technical Skills:
- Advanced Microsoft Excel: Expert level in pivot tables, complex formulas, and data modeling.
- PowerPoint: Ability to build executive-ready presentations that translate data into insights.
- BI Software: Experience with tools like Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms for data automation and visualization.
- Modern Tooling: Familiarity with integrating modern productivity tools (such as Microsoft Copilot) to assist with data organization or documentation.
- Analytical Storytelling: Proven ability to look beyond the numbers to explain the "why" to stakeholders.
- Project Mindset: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage timelines and coordinate data deliverables across different project phases.
