Responsibilities
People (HR) Support
- Support recruiting efforts, including job postings, candidate communication, and interview coordination
- Coordinate and manage onboarding to ensure new hires are fully set up and integrated into the company
- Maintain accurate employee records and assist with HR systems and documentation
- Support training initiatives and track completion through internal platforms
- Coordinate peer review cycles and assist in compiling feedback for leadership
- Help manage employee feedback channels and escalate insights appropriately
Operations Support
- Maintain and organize internal systems (e.g., project management and time-tracking tools) to ensure consistency across teams
- Track team capacity, workload distribution, and time utilization, providing regular reporting to the Operations Director
- Assist with resource planning by identifying bandwidth gaps or inefficiencies
- Support process improvements and help standardize workflows across departments
- Ability to handle confidential information discreetly while fostering a culture of trust and transparency.
