Responsibilities

Content & Marketing Support

  • Upload and schedule YouTube videos and shorts
  • Create captions, titles, and descriptions
  • Schedule posts across platforms
  • Assist with Canva graphics, PDFs, and resources 
  • Assist with creating reels and videos
Admin & Operations
  • Support onboarding emails and reminders
  • Monitor automations and maintain systems
  • Organise files, drives, and documentation
  • Assist with invoicing and basic Xero tasks

Sales & Lead Support
  • Update and track CRM leads and pipelines
  • Send proposals and follow-up messages

Project Coordination
  • Assist with webinar and event preparation
  • Maintain progress trackers and reports
Community Support
  • Upload posts, prompts, and announcements
  • Manage and organise resources and navigation updates
  • Help members with access and onboarding
  • Publish reminders and engagement prompts

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year experience as a remote Virtual Assistant
  • Experience supporting coaches, creators, or service-based businesses (preferred, not required)
  • Basic knowledge of CRM systems or GoHighLevel
  • Basic understanding of invoicing and sales documentation
  • Strong proficiency across Google Workspace
  • Canva proficiency with basic video editing
  • Resourceful, tech-savvy, and quick to learn new tools and workflows
  • Monday to Friday, 4 hours per day, 10 am-2 pm AEST/AEDT.
