Responsibilities
Content & Marketing Support
- Upload and schedule YouTube videos and shorts
- Create captions, titles, and descriptions
- Schedule posts across platforms
- Assist with Canva graphics, PDFs, and resources
- Assist with creating reels and videos
- Support onboarding emails and reminders
- Monitor automations and maintain systems
- Organise files, drives, and documentation
- Assist with invoicing and basic Xero tasks
- Update and track CRM leads and pipelines
- Send proposals and follow-up messages
- Assist with webinar and event preparation
- Maintain progress trackers and reports
- Upload posts, prompts, and announcements
- Manage and organise resources and navigation updates
- Help members with access and onboarding
- Publish reminders and engagement prompts
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year experience as a remote Virtual Assistant
- Experience supporting coaches, creators, or service-based businesses (preferred, not required)
- Basic knowledge of CRM systems or GoHighLevel
- Basic understanding of invoicing and sales documentation
- Strong proficiency across Google Workspace
- Canva proficiency with basic video editing
- Resourceful, tech-savvy, and quick to learn new tools and workflows
- Monday to Friday, 4 hours per day, 10 am-2 pm AEST/AEDT.
